Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with ReCreativity Limited. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bespoke Nature of Our Work

Each piece of furniture is individually designed and hand-crafted to order. Natural variations in wood, texture, and finish are part of the character of your piece and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Work begins only once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due before delivery or dispatch.

3. Lead Times

Lead times are typically 3–7 months, depending on design complexity, materials, and shipping schedules. We will provide an estimated delivery window at quotation stage and update you throughout the process.

4. Delivery

United Kingdom: Delivery is free of charge. Most items are delivered door-to-door by trusted courier, securely crated. When our team is able to deliver in person, we may also assist with positioning and light installation support.
International: Delivery charges are quoted per order. Orders are shipped securely crated by sea or air freight. Any import duties, taxes, or restrictions at the destination are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Repairs

As all pieces are made to order, cancellations and returns for change of mind cannot be accepted.
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault on delivery, please notify us immediately and retain the original packaging. We will arrange repair or replacement.
If a fault develops within six months of delivery, we will arrange repair or replacement. Beyond this period, and for up to six years, please contact us and we will always do our best to assist with repairs, advice, or maintenance support.

6. Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover general wear and tear, natural variations or movement in wood, or damage caused by misuse or improper care.

7. Care & Maintenance

Each order is supplied with care and cleaning guidelines. Following these will help ensure the longevity of your piece.

8. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted by bank transfer. Our official business bank details will be provided on company letterhead.

9. Liability

ReCreativity Limited will not be held liable for indirect loss, damage, or costs arising from delays, misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow care guidelines.
