How to Order

Each ReCreativity piece is brought to life individually. You may choose from our collections, yet no two will ever be the same; each piece flows through the hands of our artisans, shaped by natural variations in wood and material, before finding its way into your world. What begins in conversation becomes form, and what takes shape in our workshop ultimately finds its home with you.

Here’s how the story grows:

1. A Conversation

Begin by telling us which design you’re interested in, along with any size requirements. Share a little about where it will live - whether indoors, outdoors, sheltered, or exposed - as well as your delivery address. For orders within the UK, we’ll confirm if free delivery applies to your chosen piece.

You may also send us a clear, front-facing photo of the space, so we can better imagine the piece in its future home.

2. Quotation & Timeline

We’ll prepare a detailed quotation and confirm an estimated delivery window. Because each work is individually realised, lead times are typically 3–7 months, depending on design complexity and materials.

3. Confirming Your Order

When you’re ready, we’ll issue a pro-forma invoice requesting a 50% deposit. Bank transfer is preferred, and our official business account details will be provided on company letterhead.

Please note: once paid, deposits are non-refundable, as we begin shaping your piece immediately.

4. Creation

Our artisans bring your chosen design to life. This stage usually takes 2–4 months. When your piece is finished, we’ll share photographs before it is carefully prepared for shipping.

5. The Journey Home

Your order is crated securely in the Philippines and sent to the UK by sea freight - a voyage that usually takes 5–8 weeks.

6. Final Balance

When your piece has arrived and been inspected in the UK, we’ll confirm arrangements for delivery and request the remaining balance before dispatch or personal delivery.

7. Arrival & Care

Your furniture will be delivered by trusted courier or, for some UK addresses, personally by a member of our team. Each piece comes with tailored maintenance guidance, helping it remain part of your life for years to come.
