Returns & Repairs

Every ReCreativity piece is individually designed and hand-crafted to order. Our artisans carefully select each material to ensure strength, durability, and beauty. Because our furniture is bespoke and not mass-produced, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for change-of-mind purchases. Once an order is placed, deposits are non-refundable.

On Delivery

We thoroughly inspect all designs prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a fault, please contact us straight away and retain the original packaging. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, either on site or at our workshop.

After Delivery

Our furniture is crafted to stand the test of time. Should a fault appear within the first six months, we will organise repair or replacement. Beyond this period, if your piece develops an unexpected issue, or if you require advice, repairs, or support with maintenance, we encourage you to get in touch — we will always do our best to assist.
