Each ReCreativity work is brought to life individually - designed and shaped with care, using materials chosen for their strength, beauty, and longevity. Because every piece is bespoke, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for change-of-mind purchases. Once an order is placed, deposits are non-refundable, as creation begins immediately.

On Delivery

Before leaving our workshop, every design is carefully inspected and securely packaged for its journey. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a fault, please contact us straight away and retain the original packaging. We will arrange repair or replacement, either on-site or at our workshop, depending on what best suits your piece.

After Delivery

ReCreativity furniture is made to endure. If a fault appears within the first six months, we will organise a repair or replacement. Beyond this period, if your piece develops an unexpected issue, or if you’d like advice, maintenance, or support with care, please reach out. We will always do our best to ensure your piece continues to thrive in your space, bringing beauty and presence for years to come.
